Liverpool vs QPR | Saturday 2 May, 2015 | Anfield | 15.00

After enduring thee frustrating games on the road, Liverpool return to Anfield on Saturday hoping to regain their goal-scoring form against Queens Park Rangers.

The Reds’ 1-0 loss to Hull City may have ended their slim hopes of catching Manchester United for the fourth spot in the Premier League.

Brendan Rodgers’ men are now seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with just four games remaining.

However, vice-captain Jordan Henderson insists his team will bounce back against QPR on Saturday and finish the season strongly.

“We’ve just got to keep going. Obviously everybody is disappointed with the game,” Henderson said.

“We’ve just got to move on as quickly as possible to the next game, which is QPR at home and hopefully just try to win every game from now until the end of the season and see where we are.

“We’ve got to lift ourselves because we know at the weekend QPR will be right up for it. It will be a difficult game.”

QPR missed the chance to take all the three points against West ham at the weekend and the task has now gone from hard to brutally difficult for Chris Ramsey’s side.

If they are to play in the Premier League next season, they must avoid defeats in two successive away games at Liverpool and Manchester City.

Chris Ramsey’s team are 19th in the table, ahead of bottom side Burnley on goal difference.

They have won just two of their last 16 matches and, with only four games left to go, they must aim for maximum points in every game, despite the quality of the opposition.

“We know the enormity of the task ahead but you can only plan and prepare as best you can and what happens happens. We understand there is pressure in these last few games. I can’t say I don’t feel pressure but it depends on how you deal with it.”

Mamadou Sakho and Daniel Sturridge will miss out for Liverpool due to injury.

QPR will be without Alejandro Faurlin, Eduardo Vargas and Rio Ferdinand, who are all side-lined due to injury.
